SBS podcasts

Came across something interesting today when I was surfing the SBS website (for those who are not familiar with SBS, SBS stands for Seoul Broadcasting System and it is a national South Korean television and radio company) and found that they have a good number of podcasts on the its radio page.  I’m really an advocate for podcasts since I feel that one can listen to them as when one wants to.

The radio website has quite a few podcasts for download. On top of that, I like the idea of being able to listen to the variations in speech between the male and female DJs from these podcasts. Basically you can choose to listen to whichever podcast that interests you.

Well, I shall give you an idea how to get those mp3 files~

Here you can choose whoever you want to listen to and click onto the “rss” icon and you will be directed to a page with the podcasts.  Click onto the mp3 files and then you can download them!

I’m currently listen to “김희철의 영스트리트”. I like the fact that it doesn’t really sound like a podcast, it’s kinda funny how rowdy the podcast is yet I also enjoy it very much due to this. On top of that, most of the time there will be quite a number of guests in his show. His show is pretty much interactive so it’s really unlike those podcasts which only has 1 DJ talking. I still can’t make out everything said by the DJ and guests in the show but still I think it’s great listening practice.
